this was the best possible and comfortable location just next door to all the restaurants as well as main attractions, ferry and train, and the train station and the ferry terminal. stopped by la passerella to get some coffee and treats, it's so close to the venue, recommend.

Easter at this hotel was simply amazing! The warm and lovely host made us feel right at home, and her homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. We also loved the breathtaking view from our private balcony. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and the lake. We couldn't have asked for a better Easter getaway!
While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The noise from other guests and the cooking smells from downstairs could be bothersome at times.

The room at Tosca House had a lovely balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee and took in the breathtaking view of Varenna. It made me feel like I was living in a postcard.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the parquet floors in the room. I found them a bit old-fashioned and not as comfortable as carpeted floors.

Great location, close to the train station and boat ferries, making it convenient to explore the area.
Can't think of anything negative! the only minor inconvenience was carrying our luggage up the stairs since there was no elevator.

We had a truly wonderful stay at a charming B&B in a picturesque lakeside town. The room was spacious and had amazing views. The host, like a caring family member, looked after us with warmth and affection. Despite the language barrier, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, ferry stop, and restaurants. The breakfast at a local café was basic, but the cappuccino and focaccia bread were satisfying. We highly recommend this lovely place for a relaxing getaway. we had a memorable experience and would definitely return.
